MIHRTEK “Commissioned analysis” prank — terms & conditions (draft)

Last updated: 2026-04-28. Not legal advice. Have counsel review before scaling.

1. What this is

The paid prank is satire and entertainment only. MIHRTEK messages, “field” language, and report pages are fictional. They are not from a government, employer, university, hospital, or laboratory. We do not assess sexual orientation, health, intelligence, criminality, “truth,” or beliefs. Outputs are cosmetic theater matching our public browser demos.

2. What you may not do

3. Email & consent

After payment, we email the recipient a consent request (parody notice). The full “briefing” and report link are sent only if they accept. If they decline, we do not send the prank content. This reduces harassment risk; your counsel may still recommend additional steps for your jurisdiction.

Emails are sent from a domain we control and verify (e.g. via Resend + DNS). We do not forge third-party From addresses.

Business address (replace in production): set PUBLISHER_ADDRESS in deployment environment. List-Unsubscribe and one-click opt-out links are provided where applicable; classification of “commercial” vs. “transactional” email should be confirmed with a lawyer.

4. Refunds & errors

If we cannot deliver email due to mis-typed address, full inboxes, or provider blocks, contact support. This is a small operation — no warranty of deliverability to every inbox. Chargebacks for clearly delivered digital goods may be contested with evidence of consent flow and terms acceptance.

5. Privacy

We process buyer and recipient addresses, payment metadata from Stripe, and short-lived tokens in Redis to run the flow. We do not sell personal data. See your deployment’s privacy policy for details you must disclose in your region.

6. Contact

Operator contact: set a public support email in your site footer and in environment configuration.
